So many countries around the world have put huge restrictions, which have made the production of celluloid sheets impossible and costly. The same now has happened in China. The Chinese government is trying to update and make the work place safer, so they have issued warnings to some industries that have safety and health issues. Within a period of about 2 years or so, the factories currently producing the celluloid sheets will no longer produce them. So it will be impossible to make TT balls out of celluloid in China, which has more than 95% of the world production of TT balls.
