I don't think so, it depends on the player. I'm 18 years old and I also need 15 mins. I need even more without jogging, stretching etc. properly. But this is very important and I think that this could decrease the time you need... |

About warm up time and method how long do u need to get fully warm up before u can play a good match ? i need 15 mins and i think it is too slow. maybe i am too old now, is there anyway to fasten it up ? |
