I usually try to practise 2 x 2 hours and if I have time or it is an important period I go a third time and practise two more hours. but not before matches, then I always rest 1-2 days before the match.

and maximum is after holidays, then I practise up to 8 hours per week. but not as often like years before

the best players in our country practise two times per day.
