Timo is a pretty young guy being pushed into a leading marketing role germanwide. Being used to it he is going to focus on sports and will increase his success soon !

I think you neglect that there are so many other young players who will also improve in the future, like Wang, Chuan and Qiu, I don't think it'll be easyer for Timo in the future. These championships would have been the best chance he'll ever have in my opinion, because the older chinese players like Liu and Kong have come to and passed their limit, the only players in their 'best years' are Wang and Ma. I don't think (but I hope) Timo will reach the top of World ranking anymore, But he'll definetely remain in the top five for a decade or more.

I won´t believe Boll will be nr.1 in the next World Ranking
(maybe Ma Lin or Werner).
