In my opinion he is the most skilled german who comes after Timo Boll. His only Problem that I see, is that his attitude, his will at the table is not strong enough yet.

Tomokazu Harimoto, Lin Shidong, Vladimir Sidorenko and Truls Moregard are the best players in that generation.

I have no idea about the other chinese players, but of course there will be much more future world class players.

Ja, könnte sogar hinhauen; es muss einer sein, der eine enorm hohe Grundsicherheit hat, sich auf sehr unterschiedliche Spielstile einstellen kann und mental so stark ist, entscheidende Spielmomente für sich zu entscheiden.
- die körperliche Fitness, um lange Turniere durchzustehen setze ich mal voraus.
Auch muss er trainingsfleißig/diszipliniert und weiterhin lernfähig sein und sich entsprechend der Gegner weiterentwickeln.

Truls hat in seinen vielen 7-Satz-Matches bei der WM eindrucksvoll unter Beweis gestellt, dass er den Anforderungen mental und spielerisch gewachsen ist.
Interessant wäre noch zu sehen, ob er sich auf verschiedenste Spielertypen einstellen kann und nicht z.B. gegen einen Abwehrspieler in der 1. Runde eines Turniers rausfliegen würde.
Und auch, was er für Antworten auf solche Überschallspieler wie Fan Zhendong hat, wird spannend zu sehen heute Nacht.

Timo konnte/kann sich auf alle Spielertypen einstellen und selbst einem Fan heiße fights liefern.
