limits & potential
 

this is a question for coaches.. somebody comes to you.. age 40.. has played div 3 local league... will pay you for coaching.. s/he informs you.. they want to reach national league standard.. in 6mths.. england ranking.. 100.. is it possible.. or do you tell them.. their limit is ranking 5000QUESTION FOR COACHES AND EVERYBODY? WITH MONEY.. ARE THERE LIMITS?

Hi Lostchampion and all,

after some weeks (:D:D:D) I'd like to state that THERE ARE limits, even with money.

- Reaction time (the older the worse)
- fitness (dto.)
- talent/ability
- ball feeling
- the strong declared intention necessary to agonise yourself

May be some other limits, too.
But the chance to help her/him is not too good I think.
And you ?

with an age of 40 it is very, very difficult
it depends on the basics that are available at the player
I would tell him that this is not a realistic goal, but a lot of things are possible if anyone really wants
