How do you complement your table-tennis training?
Hi,
I want to know if you do any kind of additional training concerning table-tennis? For example to improve your condition or strength? |
...much PC work...
why this should help? Well, typing is good for the control (of your hand) and it's also a training for the wrist ;) ...for sure playing ego shooters trains your reaction and all this keyboard - mouse - moving of your arm trains this one, too ;) ...don't take this post too serious... |

When I was younger than today (about 20 years ago or so...) I used to play soccer, swim and made jogging thorugh the forest.

If you accept this as additional sports, I play chess, almost all kinds of card-games, and moreover, the piano! :cool: :p :o

Well, we play soccer to warm up....but not that regulary.

Stretch and runing.
Meditation sometimes before game is important. Europeans don't know and therefore loose very often. |
