About warm up time and method
how long do u need to get fully warm up before u can play a good match ? i need 15 mins and i think it is too slow. maybe i am too old now, is there anyway to fasten it up ?

I don't think so, it depends on the player.
I'm 18 years old and I also need 15 mins. I need even more without jogging, stretching etc. properly. But this is very important and I think that this could decrease the time you need... |

about max (!) 5 min's running and max (!) 5 min's streching I need (rather it drops more to 2 min's or less in my age .... :)) Ciao Norbert |

I think 10 minutes for jogging and stretching. Then I need 10-15 minutes to play, after that I can start playing a match.

Warm up without ball (running and streching) 10 minutes and then warm up with ball at the table 15 minutes. After that, the first exercise could start.
