ok hab noch mal geschaut und zwar is die regel mit dem "kaputten" belag ja wirklich dämlich vom oberfeinsten ... sowas vom schwammig mit nichtmal einer toleranzgrenze ... grml

ok hier mal ein auszug aus dem ittf handbuch

"...If a player wishes to
continue with a damaged racket and the umpire has any doubt about its continuing
legality he should immediately report to the referee."

und sehr schön find ich auch
"...In deciding whether to allow further use of a damaged racket the referee should
consider primarily the interests of the opponent..."
hier ist zu sagen dass der Gegenspieler dem SRaT mitgeteilt hat dass es für ihn kein Problem sei wenn der Belag einen Riss hat

tja soviel zum allseits bekannten fingerspitzengefühl ...
