Ich erhielt von einem Booster-Hersteller folgende Antwort zum Thema...

Will heissen, dass der Belag nicht modifiziert werden darf nach der Überprüfung durch das ITTF. Da jedoch nur das Obergummi vom ITTF getestet wird, kann die neue Regel gar nicht auf den gesamten Belag angewendet werden. Einzig ENEZ und RAE werden hier verbindlich sein.
