first let me say I am very happy that you take the time to answer all the questions soon and very good!! RESPECT.

You missunderstand my question if I ask how you want to controll the 25mN on a long pimple I mean how do you want to controll it at the table.
The procedur how it works to become on the ittf equipment list Odd told me once.
If you have some more time please look in a big auktiononlinehouse E..Y(germany) there you can buy hundreds of "tuned long pimples " which are all written on the ITTF equipment list.
They are complete without friction and make good Spinback like the old frictionless long pimples.
There must be a controll method at the table in the sporting hall which gives 100% results.

And Adham the rule is for all rubbers (ITTF T4) it is no where written only for long pimples.
Whats with the short pimples and ANTIS??
There is a misstake to correct nearly all short pimples are under 25mn for Antis I am not a specialist but I bet its the same!

At last let me say ITTF tolled us why they want the new minimum friction level:
We want to ban the tuning from the long pimple.........

Please dont forget to watch the online auktionshouse I tolled you and then, believe me, bevore banning the frictionless long pimples you found no one selling rubbers like this.
