AW: Hello from ITTF President
Dear Forum members,
I believe that we have exhausted the issue of the low-friction long-pimples rubbers.
- I have expressed clearly the position of the ITTF
- I have answered to the best of my ability the questions asked
- I have noted the displeasure of many of you with the ITTF's regulation regarding a minimum friction level of 25mN
- I have understood the difficulties encountered by many players that must now change their equipment to suit the ITTF's rule
- I have explained how a rule is passed at the ITTF level and the process of changing a rule
- I have explained our rules clearly
- I have noted all the new suggestions and proposals made by Forum members and I have explained the role of the national association.
I now believe that we need top agree to disagree and move on to another subject.
I am happy to answer any questions, provide clartifications and explanations on any subject. But please let's put the low-friction subject to rest for now as I have nothing more to add.
Are there any other subjects in which you may need my comments?
Adham
