If I were you I'd search the youth rankings of ETTU (
www.ettu.org) or ITTF (
www.ittf.org) for players from GB.
Or have a look on the homepages of the national TT association(s?) (don't know if there exists one for whole UK or if Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland each have their own one)
