Laut Pressebericht aus Kroatien besteht keine Lebensgefahr, aber sie kann zur Zeit die Beine nicht bewegen und die Arme nur kaum:

Croatian athlete severely injured in car accident in France
Croatian table-tennis player Sandra Paovic was severely injured in a car accident last Friday near Paris.
Paovic from Vukovar was travelling in a van with teammates to Paris’ Orly airport when the vehicle overturned. She suffered a severe cervical-spinal injury and was operated on the same day at a hospital in Rouen.
Paovic was sleeping without a seat-belt on at the time the accident occurred. She was to undergo a second operation today (Monday). According to hospital doctors, she cannot move her legs and can barely move her arms.
Paovic competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, reaching the second round of singles competition.
