In ITTF Regeln steht folgendes:
"
3.02.04.01 It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that racket coverings are attached to their racket blade with adhesives that do not contain harmful volatile solvents.
3.02.04.02 Tests for harmful volatile solvents shall be carried out at World and Olympic title competitions,Pro-Tour tournaments and World Junior Circiut events, and a player whose racket is found to contain such a solvent is liable to be disqualified from the competition and reported to his Association. The current ITTF testing procedures in place before 25 May 2007 will continue until 1 January 2008 at junior events and until 1 September 2008 for all other events; as of these dates respectively new testing procedures and protocols will be implemented to detect harmful volatile solvents."
