Nach den Regeln sind keine Plastikfolien oder auch Alufolien oder Metallplatten zwischen Holz und Belag erlaubt, nur "adhesive". PSA ist offensichtlich erlaubt, weil es "adhesive" ist. Wikipedia sagt:

Pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA, self adhesive, self stick adhesive) is adhesive which forms a bond when pressure is applied to marry the adhesive with the adherend. No solvent, water, or heat is needed to activate the adhesive. It is used in pressure sensitive tapes, labels, note pads, automobile trim, and a wide variety of other products."

PSA kann man auf Holz oder Belag anbringen und die so miteinander verkleben, das ist von den Regeln erlaubt. Aber noch ein zusätzliches Ding dazwischen haben, sei es eine Plastikfolie oder Metallplatte, was auch immer, ist einfach nicht von den Regeln erlaubt. Auch wenn diese Dinge vorher klebrig gemacht werden.
