Im Kapitel 1 der ITTF Regeln (
Constitution) gibt es folgende Regel:

Diese Regel darf das BoD nicht ändern, das darf nur AGM, also muss sich das BoD an diese Regel halten.
Ich sehe nicht, wie sie dem Shararas Vorschlag zustimmen könnten, ohne gegen die Regel 1.03.01 zu verstoßen. Aus meiner Sicht haben sie keine andere Wahl, als diesen Antrag abzulehnen.
