I have no German Keyboard so I give you some English information.
I have a Amicus 3000 at home and it's very useful for me! You can play 4 different balls. Zum beispiel: 1 Short serve in your forehand with no spin.
2 Long topspin in your backhand. 3 Heavy chop in the middle. 4 Short stopbal in your forhand. You can play this balls in the same sequence or random. It's also possible that the robot gives you each ball 1, 2, 3 or 4 times.
I have also 2 returnboards so I can play endless combinations.
I'm 57 years old and after 1 year training, of course also against other people my progression is incredible. The last 10 months I won 17 tournaments and also 3 Flemish championships!
