Aus dem bereits zitierten Handbook for Match Officials, Anhang A, Punkt 7:
"When both players or pairs have made their choices, note on the score card who is the first server and, in doubles, the first receiver."
Und dann, später (!) in Punkt 9: "Give the players a ball."
Also: "Sie haben Aufschlag gewählt. Wer schlägt auf ?" - "Boll." - "Boll schlägt auf, wer schlägt zurück ?" - "Gardos".
So und nicht anders machen wir das, bevor es überhaupt den Ball zum Einspielen gibt.
