It is his personal blade. There are actually two identical. They are brought by one of the head coaches a little before the match to be checked by chinese DHS staff in the back office of the stand. The two blades are checked and mesured with electronic devices (same as officials used by ITTF organisation) in order to make sure they fit in the rule.
