Was ist denn so kompliziert? Ein Spieler kommt mit dem Illegalen Schläger und der Schiedsrichter erlaubt es ihm, mit diesem Schläger zu spielen.
Das ist ein Verstoß gegen die ITTF-Regeln. Auch das Board of Directors der ITTF hat gegen die Regel 1.03.04 verstoßen:

Erlaubnis mit illegalem Schläger zu spielen ist sicherlich ein Verstoß gegen das "fair play" Prinzip. Das Verabschieden derartigen Regeln ist es auch.
