I know all Tenergy and all Evolution rubbers very well. I would really exactly recommend the same Evolution rubbers for these Tenergy rubbers, like you wrote it.
How is the situation in germany? Do in germany also use so much players Tenergy and Evolution rubbers like in the most other countries? I travel a lot and try to practise in all cities in clubs and where ever I am, you see only Evolution, Tenergy, Evolution, Tenergy, Evolution, ... they "kill" nearly all other rubbers worldwide.
Same in professional sports. The most pros are using Butterfly Tenergy rubbers (Timo Boll, Marcos Freitas, Tiago Apolonia, Andrej Gacina, Alexander Shibaev and much more) and Tibhar Evolution rubbers. (Vladimir Samsonov, Paul Drinkhall, Bojan Tokic, Chen Chien An, Emmanuel Lebesson and much more).
Tibhar Evolution and Butterfly Tenergy rubbers are highend rubbers and dominating table tennis in higher leagues and the ITTF World Tour.
Only DHS Hurricane National-Team-Version is also used so often (but only from asian players on the forehand side).
I changed my rubbers. Before I was using Tenergy 05 and Tenergy 05-FX, now I use Evolution EL-S and FX-S.
Blade is still Innerforce ALC, but I am thinking about to test Tibhar CCA or VS Unlimited or Stiga Carbonado. But this is another issue.
I work also as coach and I have 3 modern defender in my training group. Backhand two are using long pimple and one is using short pimple. Currently they use all 3 Tenergy 05 1.9 on their forehand. But now two are thinking about to chance also to Evolution rubber. I have an idea which rubber I will give to which player. But before I write it, I would like to ask you which Evolution rubber you prefer for the forehand side of modern defenders (topspin and defend with downspin, sometimes block and smash)?
