Schade, aber in ihrem Alter verständlich. Wenn das wirklich ihre letzte EM ist, würde das womöglich auch die besonders lange und herzliche Umarmung erklären, die Kara ihr gerade nach der Niederlage gegeben hat. Die beiden haben ja rund zwei Jahrzehnte sehr erfolgreich gemeinsam Doppel gespielt, da wird ihr Karriereende ihn sicherlich auch persönlich sehr betreffen.
