I can only give you this advice: when you play against 'langen noppen' every spin what you give, you will get reversed back. This means;

When you give a topspinball against noppen, you will get a ball with backspin back and then it is better that you push the ball.

When you give a pushed ball (with little of much backspin) you will get a ball with topspinn-effect back. This ball you can attack with a topspin of smash depending on the amount of spin. The more spinn you gave the more topspin in on the ball.
