Oder gleich die Suchfunktion benutzen: Diese Frage/Diskussion ist übrigens nicht neu. Damals kam man übrigens zu genau dem Ergebnis, das ich hier "zum Besten" gegeben habe.

Nein, es wird nicht die Kombo Schwamm/Obergummi zugelassen, sondern nur das Gummi.

Schwamm ist nicht gekennzeichnet und kann beliebig ausgetauscht werden. Er muss nur die in den Regel festgelegten Bedingungen bzgl. Farbe und Dicke erfüllen und darf nicht unter Beläge mit Textilrückseite geklebt werden, die für Ox-Verwendung gedacht sind:

Dark sponge (black, blue, brown, green, purple, red) should not be used under translucent red coverings (most red co-verings are translucent).
It is the player’s responsibility to use a racket covering which appears bright red, and the use of a dark sponge under a translucent top sheet is likely to make the rubber illegal.
Even if racket coverings appear in this List without reference to sponge, the Law 2.4.3. governs the use of sponge.

Many racket coverings contain additional text in the rubber mould apart from the brand name and suppliers name and this does not disqualify them from the List of Authorised Racket Coverings. However, the text given in the list must be there. For example, Butterfly Sriver L also carries the text «D13-L» and Butterfly Sriver S has the addition «D13-S».

LEGEND:
[R] or Indicates that that brand name is available in only red or black respectively.
«Long» Under `Type’ is used where the aspect ratio (= pimple height/pimple diameter) is larger than 0.9.
‡ Indicates a version available with a textile reinforcement, intended to be used without sponge.

2.04.03 A side of the blade used for striking the ball shall be covered with either ordinary pimpled rubber, with pimples outwards having a total thickness including adhesive of not more than 2mm, or sandwich rubber, with pimples inwards or outwards, having a total thickness including adhesive of not more than 4mm. 7/15/2003
