Beschränkung
Ich bin für folgendes:
Wer am 1.7. noch 17 ist, darf noch Jugend spielen!
Das wäre mal ne einfache Regel: fester Stichtag, Jugend dürfen die spielen, die noch nicht 18 sind!
Das man wenn man am 1.7. 17 ist in die Herren muß...-unlogisch!
