By the way,in your post, are these 5 teams that promoted from KL da/di including TTC Babenhäusen?From the following link we know that they will replace some team in Bezirksklasse:

Anyway, we will know the final result before next Monday, as ThomasD said in his post.
The best thing is that we can gather our best players for the first team after all.No matter in Kreisliga or 1.Kkl, this team will certainly have competitive ability.
