natürlich bin ich absolut deiner meinung
es ist aber leider so, dass diese regelung kaum überprüfbar ist. wer kann schon nachweisen, dass z.b. ein noppen-außen-sandwich-belag, der ohne schwammunterlage aufgeklebt wird, nur als sandwich-belag zugelassen wurde? diese information findet man in der liste der zugelassenen beläge nicht. außer der zulassung sehe ich in den int. tt-regeln außerdem keinen punkt, der gegen ein umkleben bzw. entfernen der schwammunterlage sprechen würde.
interessant in diesem zusammenhang ist auch ein artikel von Rufford Harrison und Odd Gustavsen (damals ITTF Equipment Committee) aus dem jahre 1999, in dem zumindest die überlegung geäußert wurde, noppengummi und schwammunterlage separat zuzulassen:
