I don´t think so. In germany, you can also win or lose many points during 1 day if you play a tournament!

I realize that it has been a while - just rediscovered this discussion. To your point, Tischtennis-Trainier, when I posted my previous statement, I was unaware that you guys in Germany adopted a rating-system.
