Stiga Table finishes
I have just started a new table tennis club in Novato, CA, 30 miles north of San Francisco. I purchased 4 used Stiga Expert Roller tables from the Berkeley Table Tennis Club. My question is what can I do to remove the marks on the table top without changing the bounce of the ball? Also, is there any recommendation for the repairing of the digs and scuffs that were cut into the table top where the nets attach to the table. The tables are fully functional now, but I was just looking for ways to make the tables more attractive and get into a regular maintgenence mode to increase the life of the tables.
Thanks in advance for any input you may have. Also, when in Northern CA please come visit us. We are starting with 4 tables and hope to have as many as 8 tables within a year. We should also have a 'Hard Bat' only night twice a month in the near future. |

AW: Stiga Table finishes
that's a problem with all tabletennistables and i don't think there is a solution to that. There are specially made cleaners for it witch is good. But it doens't help against scraches,...
So it's just not possible i'm afraid |

AW: Stiga Table finishes
To make them more attractive it would may help to paint carefully over scratches, etc. just like with scratches in cars.
Of course, this will not remove the marks but it looks better . In fact, we have the same problem, but no solution either. Please excuse my poor english. greets
