Which ball is NOW the best? (quality + price)
Any new opinions?

I'm a little bit disappointed by the TSP balls - every training day at least one is damaged... (okay, perhaps I shouldn't use the edge of the paddle to play a top spin - but a good ball has to resist to this for several times...)

have anyone tried the double happiness ball? i have compare it with the stiga balls and found it extremely bad, it cracks easily and i need buy new balls very frequently. Worse still, i found the ball not very controllable , do u any of u have the same problem ?
BTW, how much do u pay for the balls in your country? here in hongkong, it is US$2.31 for 3 balls. |

US$2.31? Wow - thats quite cheap...
here in Germany you pay about 4,50-5,00 EUR for 3 *** balls (depends on which ball u are using) |

I think that only Nittaku Premium and TSP balls (both made in Japan) are acceptable although they are extremly expensive. In my opinion, the quality of all others are bullsh
, which means below any acceptable standard.JanMove |

Re: the best 40 mm ball ?
We usually use Andro, but in a neighbour club they use Donic, which I also like.

Re: the best 40 mm ball ?
From my point of view the DHS Super *** are the best balls you can currently obtain.
Unfortunetualy these balls are extremely expensive; even the Nittaku Premium and Super Select are cheaper then those. In my club we use the Tibhar *** therefore. They are not as hard as the DHS Super ***, but we firmly believe that they are still worth the money, because they cost about half of the DHS Super ***.
