Zusammenfassung der Spiele:

Shandong 3-0 Bazhou

After revealing his dispute with the Luneng Team, Zhang Jike said that he is hoping to be able to play in the next round of competition. Today, he was not in the playing lineup. Hao Shuai started with a 3-1 victory against Fan Shengpeng. Fang Bo followed and swept his opponent, Stephen Davis in 11-5, 11-6, 11-4.

Bazhou fought in the Doubles better but their players were beaten by Hao Shuai and Zhang Chao. In the end, Shandong posted 3-0 win.


Sichuan 1-3 Guangdong

After losing to Ningbo in the previous round, Guangdong redeemed itself as they faced Sichuan. Wong Chun Ting started off with a 3-2 victory against Lai Jiaxin. Yin Hang followed up with a 3-1 victory against Xu Ruifeng. The home team, Sichuan, got a score in the Doubles after Xu Ruifeng and Tang Yushi won in 2-1.

In the fourth match, Yin Hang crushed the hopes of Lai Jiaxin in 8-11, 6-11, 11-8, 11-9, 7-5.


Jiangsu 2-3 Tianjin

The Jiangsu Team played in their home court in this round, but unfortunately it didn’t work to their favour. Zheng Peifeng lost the opening match against Ma Te in 2-3. Dimitrij Ovtcharov followed and lost in 2-3 against Chuang Chih Yuan (11-13, 11-9, 11-7, 10-12, 1-7). Jiangsu posted their first score in the Doubles with Lin Chen and Cai Wei scoring 2-0.

Zhang Peifeng returned into the arena and defeated the much experienced player from Chinese Taipei in 11-6, 12-14, 9-11, 11-6, 8-6. The match reached the decider and in the end of two sets, Tianjin won with Wei Shihao sweeping Kong Lingxuan.


Ningbo 3-1 Weiqiao

Ma Long started off with a 3-0 victory in the round but the score will tell us that it was not an easy match. Ma Long scored 12-10, 14-12, 14-12 against Zhang Yudong. Weiqiao was able to level to 1-1 after Liang Jingkun overcame Yan An in an intense five-set game (4-11, 11-4, 6-11, 11-8, 7-5).

Ningbo gained their lead when Yan An and Lin Gaoyuan swept their opponents in the Doubles, Cui Qinglei and the German Timo Boll. It was 11-6, 11-3. Ma Long returned into the arena and he swept Liang Jigkun in 11-9, 12-10, 11-5, sealing the victory for Ningbo.


Bayi 3-1 Shanghai

After defeat in the previous round, Shanghai posted another one today. Xu Xin started with a 3-1 victory against Zhou Kai. Fan Zhendong levelled his Bayi Team to 1-1 after he swept Zhao Zihao. Zhou Yu and Xu Chenhao contributed a point to Bayi after winning the Doubles.

Fan Zhendong returned into the arena and faced Xu Xin. It was a close battle between the two.In the end of an epic battle, Fan Zhendong prevailed in 7-11, 13-11, 7-11, 12-10, 8-6. Bayi wins.

Fan Zhendong Defeated Ma Long Again In Super League

Two of the strongest teams this season, Ningbo and Bayi, had their second encounter in the Super League last weekend. Fan Zhendong continued to be powerful and posted two victories, one from the World Champion, Ma Long. With that performance, Bayi was able to take revenge and win the match. Meanwhile, Shanghai posted another defeat as Shandong played still without Zhang Jike.

CTTSL. The 2015 Chinese Super League had the 12th round of the competition in the men’s division with the highlight battle between Ningbo and Bayi. This time, different results were posted.

Bayi 3-1 Ningbo
The strongest teams in this season’s Super League had their final face and the hosting team found its revenge. The Bayi Team started bad with a defeat by Zhou Kai from Ningbo’s leader, Ma Long, who scored 3-0. Fan Zhendong quickly levelled his team to 1-1 after he scored 3-0 against Yan An.
Zhou Yu and Zhou Kai paired up for the Doubles and overcame their opponents Yan An and Lin Gaoyuan in 10-12, 16-14, 7-5.
Their battle boiled down to the strongest players from each team, Fan Zhendong and Ma Long. In their previous encounter this season, Fan Zhendong was the victor. Today, the result didn’t have any difference. Fan Zhendong was convincing against Ma Long in 11-7, 11-6, 9-11, 11-9.

Shanghai 2-3 Jiangsu
Shanghai is in another losing streak in this part of the season. During the weekend, Shanghai posted their third consecutive loss. Shang Kun failed in the opening match against Zheng Peifeng in 2-3. Xu Xin defended his team in the second match with a 3-0 victory against Kong Lingxuan. Jiangsu had their lead following the victory they had in the Doubles.
Xu Xin returned into the arena for the fourth match and he delivered what was expected from him. He won again with 3-0 (11-2, 15-13, 12-10). The battle reached the deciding match where Dimitrij Ovtcharov played for the Jiangsu Team. He faced the young player from the hosting team, Zhao Zihao.
In two sets, the foreign aide won with 11-4, 12-10.

Weiqiao 3-0 Sichuan
Liang Jingkun started the match with a 3-0 victory against Lai Jiaxin. Weiqiao got a 2-0 lead as Timo Boll defeated Xu Ruifeng in 4-11, 11-2, 11-9, 11-5. Boll also played in the Doubles with Cui Qinglei and together, they scored 11-9, 11-8.

Tianjin 0-3 Bazhou
Chuang Chih Yuan was the first player in the arena for the hosting team, Tianjin. However, he was not able to offer a good start as he lost to Fan Shengpeng in 1-3. Tianjin’s Ma Te also posted the same score in the second match against Cheng Jingqi. Chuang Chih Yuan returned into the arena for the Doubles with Weishihao. They lost the match in 0-2 against Zhai Chao and Cheng Jingqi.

Guangdong 0-3 Shandong
Joo Saehyuk played in the opening match and faced Zhang Chao. Despite having the home court advantage, the foreign aide lost the first advantage in 1-3. Yin Hang was the second player and he lost the match as well. He was swept by Fang Bo.
Unfortunately, Guangdong was not able to extend their lifeline. Yin Hang and Liu Jikang lost the Doubles in 1-2 against Zhang Chao and Hao Shuai.

Nachdem Boll mit seinem Team gegen Sichuan bereits 3:0 gewann, siegte er heute erneut! Die gegnerische Mannschaft, Guandong, unterlag gegen Bolls Mannschaft 3:1. Wie bereits zuvor gewann Timo sowohl Doppel als auch Einzel. Seine Bilanz (insgesamt) ist nun bei 7:1!!! Sein Team Weiqiao steht weit oben und ist auf Play Off-Kurs.

Ovtcharovs Team Jiangsu verlor erneut (0:3) und steht in der Tabelle weit unten. Dima kam nicht zum Einsatz, er hätte das fünfte Match machen dürfen... (Wie seine Bilanz ist, kriege ich nicht raus, aber er kommt nicht so oft zum Einsatz... etwa 2:2!?)

Gerade hat Boll folgendes geschrieben: "...nun wird es eine zweiwöchige Pause in der chinesischen Superliga geben, da die China Open Anfang August stattfinden werden, an denen ich natürlich teilnehme. Zwischenbilanz für mich lautet nun 7:1. 4:0 im Einzel und 3:1 im Doppel. Bin sehr zufrieden!"

Dann wird das wohl stimmen und die Online-Bilanz noch nicht aktualisiert sein. Ich habe die Saison diesmal nicht groß verfolgt. Sorry für die Verwirrung!

Merkwürdig allerdings, dass selbst Boll auf seiner FB Seite von einer 7:1 Bilanz spricht (4:0 Einzel, 3:1 Doppel)...
