I voted for Wang Liqin ( I guess it is very easy (and sometimes cheap) to like the best). But it is exactly the style I try to play (with the emphasis on 'try', of course).

Ding Song plays chop always on backhand ,but his forehand is sometimes very offensive...

And do you really not like the play of defenders??

Since I have never seen Ding Song playing TT I cannot say whether I would like his playing style or not. In general I prefer high speed looping game over defence vs. attack.
But that was not the point of my remark.

I do not think that this is what he had in mind.
He probabaly just wanted to say that he likes Ding Song's playing style.

I think some defenders are ok, but not to much of them. Imagine you have to drive one hour to watch the Bundesliga and what you see is for example: Ding Song vs. Matsuschita

From my point of view it isn´t rather attractive than a battle between two aggresiv players.

So what I want to say is that both sides are important for visual appealing matches. And of course, who plays defence by hisself will normaly favour defence players and vice versa.

But if Koji matsushita plas against Ding Song they cannot defence only ,there wil be an attacking play ,too.Because a modern defence player plays not only chop.

Of course they won´t play like two old men in retirement. I just exaggerated wanting to make clear that you need both kinds of players to have change!
